Yousof is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and Boot Camp Instructor. As a Marketing major in the business field, Yousof found his heart was in the wrong place. His passion for fitness and knowledge of proper exercise has allowed him to become the person he is today.
