What to expect during your initial personal training session?

Our initial training session includes:

⭐️ Body fat percentage which is my starting line (Not BMI) 

⭐️ We will have a full body cardio-resistant workout

⭐️ Questions + Answers

💰 $120

This will help both of us get to know each other, assess your strengths & weaknesses, and how to move forward! And if somehow, you are not compatible with our trainer, you will have a ton of information to continue your journey.

Sessions are always 1 hour and include a warmup, stretch, workout, and cool down.

Our workouts will include calisthenics, plyometrics, CrossFit, strength training from weights to bells to bars! Pilates, and yoga! No two workouts are the same. 

How can life coaching help me improve my life?

The beauty of life coaching with Yousof is his hand-holding approach to realistic goals and achievable success. What does that actually mean? During your in-person or virtual consultation with Yousof, you will be able to share your personal struggles, obstacles and challenges that keep you from living your best life. During your sessions with Yousof you will learn the tools to relieve your pressures and operate from a place of truth, comfort, and excitement.

Can I pay session by session instead of a package?

While your journey is important to us, it is also an investment that you make to ensure the FitLab commitment and yourself.

Can I bundle packages together? What if I want to do personal training and the 30Day Nutritional program?

Yes! You can. This package is actually the most effective, time-efficient and results-packed. Any packages can be bundled together or kept individual depending on your personal goals and needs.

I’m in California but, I want to work with Yousof. How can I do this?

Hi Californian! Yousof’s Fitness family extends nationally and internationally as well. He offers virtual training for individuals and groups. He offers counseling to singles, couples, and families virtually as well.  Yousof’s 30Day Nutritional program is also virtual.

What if I don’t see results?

My approach to personal training, nutrition, and counseling is unique to everyone’s needs. During your sessions, you will find I am able to identify a respectful, non-abrasive style to communication that keeps you motivated, enlightening, and on-track with your goals. I am a results-oriented coach who keeps your goal at the forefront of every session.

How long is each session?

Whether you are personal training or receiving counsel, all sessions are 1 hour long.
